Eitan had held onto his grandmother’s vintage brooch for nearly a decade - a delicate constellation of old-cut diamonds, softened at the edges by time.
It was more than a jewel.
It was a memory of his childhood: watching his grandmother fasten it to her dress before family dinners, a quiet ritual of grace and presence.
When he met Yael, he felt that same sense of quiet grace in her.
He knew the brooch wasn’t meant to stay locked away in a box. It was meant to live again.
At OLIVA, Eitan entrusted us with the transformation.
In our atelier, under soft natural light, our master jewellers studied every diamond, every clasp, every nuance of the brooch’s original setting.
Together with Eitan, we designed a solitaire ring in warm yellow gold -
classic yet personal, elegant yet intimate.
The diamonds were reset, not as an erasure of the past, but as an evolution of it.
When the ring was ready, it wasn’t simply beautiful.
it was alive with three generations of love.
On a golden afternoon,
under the same olive tree where his grandmother once danced on her wedding night,
Eitan proposed.
The branches swayed. The light caught the stone just so. And in that moment, history shimmered forward - from grandmother to grandson to the woman he chose.
At OLIVA, we believe heirlooms are not just worn.
They are lived.
They hold stories waiting to be continued, reimagined, and given new beginnings.
Because when you wear something made with intention,
you don’t just adorn yourself.
You carry your history.
You carry your future.
